I work in a hospital and tried phoning the surgery yesterday wanting to pass on a message to the surgery. Unfortunately the options given in the official telephone system (0844 477 3996) does not allow for someone to speak to a surgery staff or even leave a voicemail message.

Many other surgeries do provide an option to speak with a staff member and I hope this will soon happen..
