These people are not only obvious experts in fireworks, they are also incredibly helpful. I needed a small firework and lantern selection for an Olympic street party. I had a tiny budget and they helped me choose the right things. I'd left it til the very last moment to get them and the only time I could collect them in their opening hours was on my way to the Olympics football final. Obviously turning up at Wembley with a stash of explosives was not going to work, so we worked out a way of me collecting them out of office hours. They then emailed me a load of safety and user information.

It was a service way over what I was expecting.
