"Great team - TAJ TOURS"

We were part of the Taj Tours - 12 day Enchanting Europe tour from July 25 to Aug 5 2012. We had an EXCELLENT tour. Our two girls 11 and 8 and mom 63 enjoyed the tour as much as we did. Our tour manager Eldrin Fernandes was FANTASTIC. He narrated stories about the different destination points in our tour in very fun ways that captured everyone's interest and attention. He was very passionate and conscientious about his work. He did an excellent job planning and executing the tour itinerary and additional excursions and we managed to cover them all in a very satisfying manner. He was extremely polite and offered personal attention to all the families on the tour. The driver Johaan did such a wonderful job and was always friendly and polite in helping load and unload the luggage every time. We were lucky to be in the company of a great group of co-passengers on the bus who had lots of stories to share and games to play which also truly made a huge difference to the entire trip. We would also like to mention that it was a great pleasure to work with Amit and Rashmi in the New Jersey office who helped us through all our reservations and visa process and always patiently answered our endless questions. Our stay throughout the tour was at excellent hotels and the food was AWESOME. Thank you so much TAJ TOURS team for making this one of our best vacations ever !! .
