"Rude receptionists, hard to get an appointment, but good doctors and nurses once"

Like everyone else, I find it hard to get appointments here. First you need to get past the rude (some of them anyway) receptionists who don't want to look too far ahead in the diaries and ask you to call back. I am sorry, but it part of your role to find people appointments even if it means looking at a number of dates until you find one. It is not my job to call you back each day to save you the trouble of doing this.

I rarely get an appointment at the same times of asking, I wish I had never joined this practice which is a real shame because once you get past the receptionists the doctors are very good.
