In March of this year, I did a bit of research and decided that I wanted a Parrot MKi 9200 Car Kit and I wanted it installed by Finsbury Car Audio.

Both the car kit and the company got very good reviews, unfortunately only one turned out to be right.

The kit worked for about six weeks and then the remote gave up, I contacted FCA and they kindly changed the batteries free of charge. Over the next couple of months, I changed the battery three or four times and re-programmed the remote more times than I could remember.

One morning in late July on my way to work, the whole thing just died. I contacted FCA and they got me in strait away and changed the unit over as it was faulty. With a new control box and new remote, my problems continued.

Finally I did what I should have done in the beginning, I asked the guys at FCA for their advice. They were so helpful from day one and nothing seemed too much bother even with all the problems I encountered with the Parrot.

They fitted a car kit called IO Play and my first reaction when I heard it was WOW! I plugged in my IPhone and when I heard the sound from my speakers, I asked them if they had changed the speakers also. It was hard to believe I was listening to the same car as it sounded SO GOOD. The sound was so rich even at low levels and had almost no distortion even when turned right up.

I was told that the remote control was wired, they did it so neatly I couldn’t see the wire. The menus were really clear and easy to use and both my phones work at the same time.

Great kit, great sound and most of all, great service
