"Turning around poor service"

Last Monday I attempted to register my interest in a part time position for BobbyBrown it was a poor experience BUT your receptionist on 020 74096700 has just started righting the situation by listening to my complaint, empathising and arranging for me to speak with someone as well as offerring some explanation-WELL DONE THAT LADY. I await my call in the hope that my bothering to bring the issue to light might help others-Needless to say the job I was interested in has now gone!.
