Contrary to other reviewers I had no problems accessing an agent of TAP Portugal as per tel.no. on this site 08456010932 to confirm baggage allowance from Brazil to UK. Not satisfied with info from my holiday agent which prompted me to call TAP - now happy bunny 'cos more than I was told.... Mind you yet to travel,but looking forward to a positive experience..
