"What an awful service"

I have been waiting for mydelivery for 2weeks now. They royal mail sent me a text. saying we are going to deliver my package butalas they have not turned up. No card left and tracker ref is incorrect. It's my sky hub and I am paying for service I.cannot use. Fed up no humans to speak to.
