"Cafe complaint Newcastle upon Tyne"

A review of Bhs Ltd by Mrs. W written on Tuesday 26th of March 2013

We took my Granddaughter for a treat to the Newcastle BHS cafe. The food wasn't up to much at all and my cottage pie was virtually uneatable but I was hungry so ate bits round the edge that were at least warm. There was hardly any meat and veg underneath the cardboard mashed potatoes. I wrote a more in depth comment on their feedback website and haven't even received an acknowledgement. We won't be going back again unless it's just for a cup of tea! .
