"Disgraceful"

I'm a retail manager nearby and every now and then when I do a stop over in KFC dalston, they never let me down with disappointment. There is always something missing from my order. If you ask for coleslaw, they'll give you beans. If chips is involved in your meal, you only get freshen up tissue. Maybe to wipe off the grease on the chips before tucking it in. The state of the shop is appalling and it's not meant to be on the high street!!!.
