"Rude awful people"

When trying to book a taxi from clapham junction as a local knowing there are two exits which the taxi man clearly didn't. He was trying to explain that before the ticket barrier I go left, to which I said which ticket barrier (high st side or rear exit). He got very aggressive and wouldn't let me speak then hung up on me! I couldn't get a word in edge ways to explain anything or help him understand. Surely it's their job to provide a service? .
