...it is a rare occasion that i will eat in a restaurant and not order a dessert for fear it will be as poor as the previous courses sampled. the decor made us feel that pierre cardin was about to walk in in spite of a recent re-style. the service was reasonable enough but the attitude did not reflect the quality of the food. our mains were a 4 out of 10 as the meatballs were gristly and hard with little flavour whilst the wine list was also not of a quality expected in a locally respected restaurant in an affluent part of london. |
