Got a Summon for Court despite i paid the amount for the periodcalculated by council on my Council tax...

i took property for 6 months i asked the Council tax to Councilafter i didn't saw it coming....was told to wait instead it arrived with a reminder...i'm disable i had an operation abroad i called and asked for few days delays if possible and to pay whole amount...Despite this i received in October Summon like i didn't pay at all from beginning of tenancy.impossible to discuss with Concil who refused to check! then finnally they admitted partially an error i just have now to pay less than 3 weeks but they kept summon same amount almost as amount to close file...They use pressure of Court to make me pay despite all their mistakes etc...If they could be condamed sometimes i will go court on my crutches to show also how they can make life difficult to people in my situation...it's a shame they don't even check...just read the computer without trying to verify what wennt wrong on their side....
