"EE - VICTORIA STATION"

I arranged to collect my phone upgrade from this store, I went twice and both times the shop was closed, I managed to find a telephone number which was permanently engaged, what type of customer service is that, I have never ever been to collect a phone and the shop has not even been open, who is running this store and why was it closed, there was not even a notice on the shutters, not good at all..
