"Poor service by very unhepfull estee lauder consultant(badge worn)"

I was at debenhams Tuesday 9th October 6ish,and was served by the rudest person who could not have been more unhelpull if she tried,i bought a bottle of youth dew oil as i love that product,the staff member grunted at me and Told me to come over here to pay,then when i gave my card again Told me to put my number in whilst looking any where but at me ,a smile was abscent throughout the whole process and a please or thankyou non existant,hope Estee lauder management read this site and introduce some serious Customer service training, or is common courtesy not included in the job remit? i have used lauder for 40+ years but you really need to brush up on customer service,i must say she gets the most misserable unhelpfull estee lauder award from me,congratulations ,if your not happy in your job or your not hitting your sales target ,first of all try smiling it will make you feel better,second try and enroll on a positive communication course.one very disgruntled customer..
