Went to buy a ticket to London at the tap office at the airport .when this sales girl did the search and gave as our quote. I decided to pay then ohh she said they don't take pounds.okay we going a floor down to change it to the required currency then when we came back just after 10 minutes they were shut. They could just have told us they were going for a three hour break which is how long we had to wait for reopening. Don't care about how long they went for break as that could be company policy, but if she had told us we could have attended to some other businesses and came back. When I complained this sales girl was soo rude and stated insulting me. We exchanged words and at some point she came out of the office to confront me to the extent of getting into my face. Now this is my personal space. I was nearly on the verge of knocking her out .there was que building behind us. All this while the fat manageress just looked on . I was very disappointed and think this airline must investigate this matter . Those workers should be told they don't have a job when customers don't turn up. Let alone fight them off..
