An esoteric selection of books and D.V.D.s (if they can actually find them once you present the box), but with a rather cavalier attitude towards customer relations; I've heard the owner disparaging a potential customers musical taste; misfiled (therefore not actually for sale) D.V.D.s, patience with this disorder being rewarded with heinous price increases... high on entertainment value, but irksome when you actually want to buy something..
