"The Bella guide to the art of dumbing down."

What on earth has happened to Bella?

I have bought this magazine for several years but will not buy it again.

There was no information given to loyal readers about any change in the offing - one week it was the normal magazine and the next I had to check the cover to ensure I had not picked up Heat or Now or Closer or any of the other dozen or so magazines spewing out endless celebrity trivia.

Do Bella seriously think that they are now going to attract the younger market? That market is already saturated. Bella readers expect an intelligent, interesting and informative weekly read from a magazine they have trusted for years.

Bella must surely be aware that their consumer journalism and the Rita Rogers column were major reasons women came back week after week.

The Publisher has made a huge mistake and lost a vast amount of readers. To change from a well-constructed publication to cheap, tacky rubbish is unforgivable.
