"Shockingly poor service"

This cab company failed to provide the 2 essentials you need for a cab: punctuality and getting you to your destination.

Booked a cab 40 mins in advance. No cab arrived at the appointed hour. Phoned to enquire and was told it was on its way. Still no cab 10 minutes later .Phoned again. A cab arrived 20 mins late- no apology- and then didn't know the way to Brixton station!

Will never use this cab company again. .
