"EDF Hijacked My Account"

I cancelled my application to change to EDF within the cooling off period in Nov. 2013 and have emails to prove. I now find that despite a number of emails to say that this was being implemented my account has been hi-jacked by them and without ever giving them a meter reading they have sent me a bill for £236+. .
