I would like to say thank you to Nicola who was driving the 216 from Staines to Kingston 20.30 on May 2nd 2014. It was a very cold evening and she let us get on the bus even though it wasn't time to leave . She also was very professional in her manner of work and also imfoed everyone that she was not able to drive down a road fur to a divertion. I must say it makes a change to see a bus driver that us happy and welcoming to passengers boatding,
