"A Genuine review PLEASE READ"

This sounded like a reputable company backed by their insurance as claimed by their website, but sadly they claim to be in the business for more than 20 years and have no customer service skills and are very rude. Our experience was very bad as their worker was inexperienced. Their customer services was promising to repair the windscreen with minimizing it's appearance instead broke the windscreen from the bottom up to the middle and not accepting their fault but blaming us about it not being repairable, luckily all was recorded by cctv on the premises and conversations but still denying. In their own words " I do not care and have no time for this, you are irritating me, my worker can't afford to lie about not repairable as the way he lives". The amount of rude behavior was unbelievable. Would never recommend. They need to review the way they do business as this is unacceptable. This is a genuine review and I hope it does get uploaded as others should be aware of what they might get themselves into if they are using their services. Sadly I have been unable to upload a photo of the damage to our vehicle due to using my phone to write a review which doesn't accept it through this.
