"POOR atention"

I strongly recommend you NOT to go to this place. The attention is absolutely poor.

There is a Spanish woman there who I think is the owner that is INCREDIBLE rude!

Obviously she hates her job and she makes a good effort to show it to the customers.

After ordering a couple of coffees I asked her for a two glasses of tap water. She gave them to me with no ice and I asked her if we could have some ice inside as the water was mild.

She rejected my request saying that I have to pay for the ice!!

Surprised after hearing such an unfriendly answer I asked her what was the reason why I should pay for a few ices...

Her answer was straight and concise: "Water costs me money".

I've been in this place previously and believe me, I won't go there anymore!

That place is lucky just because of the location otherwise they would have closed ages ago..
