"Unusable lifts."

About 6 days ago, our main lift in Ash House Sheltered Housing went out of action. For the first time, since I moved in almost 4 months ago, I was shown a secondary lift. However, this lift has also not worked consistently since and various vulnerable people living on the first and second floors have been either unable to leave their floors or to return to them if they have originally been able to get out.

On 16th August, I used the lift to go for some food, but the lift was not working when I returned. Luckily, I was not alone and so had my rollater carried upstairs for me and I was supported on the stairs. Exactly the same thing happened on Sunday 17th. The lift worked as I was taken out by members of my family, but not when we returned. On Tuesday,19th August, I took the lift down to go to the opticians. On my return, the lift was not working again and I had to be supported by painters who got me to floor 2 and carried my rollater. Bad service and the fesr of being imprisoned in the building. Please help .
