Old Paradise street limited roast no3 is a little taste of pure heaven so smooth it just makes you smile. Depending very much who the Barista is in Costa some coffees are slightly bitter I think that can be down to burning the coffee and that is why a good cortado if made well is the best as is slightly sweet with no harsh bitter after taste. I had this new roast as a cappuccino with no sugar today and loved it.
