"Disappointed regarding claim for hearing loss."

A review of Wixted & Co by My hearing loss. written on Wednesday 10th of September 2014

Grateful at first for agreeing to handle my claim for hearing loss,since being told that my case was being handled by a higher up solicitor in June 2014 i have left Voicemail on his mobile at least 3 weeks ago with no reply also contacted Wixted office on Monday this week and was told i would be contacted later on that day, but its now Wednesday evening and no call but what is so frustrating is that i only want an update on my case even though its been 14 months since Wixted agreed take on my claim i think i deserve some sort of explanation what is going on. .
