"Poor customer service"

After so many calls to the garage to get an update to find out when I can pick my car, I was told the next day the parts were wrong.

I understand parts can be mistakenly delivered incorrect however would of been nice to be updated.

Took time off work to get messed about all day won't be going back very dissatisfied customer. .
