I sold my house through bennett walden in Southgate. I initially had three valuations and I have to say Mark Brinkley was so knowledgeable from the outset., approachable and above all appeared genuine. I felt that I could safely and confidently leave the sale of my home to Bennett walden, who have offices in Palmers Green and Southgate.

The got me a top price, with a good buyer, and made the whole selling process run very smooth. A great team, who offered me a first class service. Being part of the Guild of Professional estate agents is a true reflection of the type of agency they are. I would strongly recommend anyone selling or buying to use them.
