"Fulham road pizza hut Delivery Policy"

I placed an order for delivery from 654B Fulham Road, Fulham London, SW6 5RU They refuse to make a delivery to my door, since I live in a flat they refuse to come up to my floor to deliver the food. As they say it is not in their policy to make delivery to the flat door they only deliver to the ground floor only. So on that base they cancelled my order. It looks that Pizza Hut is doing so well that they are happy to cancel orders based on which floor to deliver to, so I called Domino's Pizza instead they gladly delivered to my floor at my door, not only he was very polite but the pizza was more delicious and cheaper than Hut, now I can only thank the ungrateful and unpleasant manager and the staff at the fulham road pizza hut, that I found Domino's instead.
