"Dividend miles"

I joined the dividend miles program some time ago from Australia

I accumulated hundreds of thousands of points and decided to do a trip from Australia through London to the USA first class

I have never known a more difficult process in my life

When speaking to their staff all helpful for sure but nothing ever turns out the way they say

I booked my flights 6 months ago and to this very day I have never seen an itinery

Every conversation I have with them and there have been many

I am assured the itinery will be ( has been sent ) and they have the right email address

It is the most frustrating experience.
