"Overbooked flight"

We were due to fly from Kula Lumpur to Bali with MAS but were told the flight was overbooked. We were put on a flight to Singapore and another then to Bali instead arriving much later than planned and missing our pre booked taxi. No response to complaint to their website. In the light of others experience I will proceed to sue MAS in the Small Claims Court which seems more likely to eventually produce a response..
