"Bridal Dress NOT as Agreed"

Chiffons made my wedding dress and BEFORE taking the deposit were very friendly and agreed how the dress would look. While in the making as things started to go wrong if I asked any questions about the dress they would either ignore me saying they have appointments so can't see me even if I'm in the shop or become very defensive and have even raised their voices with very unpleasant tones. A more professional tone would go a long way. The dress was not ready until the day before the wedding leaving no time for alterations and was not as agreed. Agreements should be realistic when made. And if they can't be met a discount should at least be offered as an alternative. Not being able to wear the wedding dress that was agreed even after paying a high price is unreasonable..
