Ongoing saga. My recipient in India couldn't collect because her local agent said the amount didn't tally with what I had sent. It did, but I think they were getting rupees and sterling mixed up.

I cancelled the transaction and used Western Union instead. I was promised a refund. A month later still waiting for the refund. Phoned six times so far. Once holding on for 50 minutes. Promised call backs never happen. Sent a customer service form [it says reply within 2 days] but it has been ignored.

Going to try Head Office and possibly legal action..
