Luckings recently completed a 2nd Floor extension for us. We were given a start date and an approx. job time. Both were stuck to. We had builders on site for pretty much every day of the build (3 months.) Each stage was explained clearly and left no doubt as to what was being done and when.

There were additional works that incurred additional cost, again this was explained clearly and at no time did I feel I was "ripped off." At the outset Mr Luckings told me I would not be able to fault his work. I could not. The whole thing went very smoothly and we are delighted with the result, so are the kids !.
