"One hour late for pick up"

What should have been a calm and reflective time turned into a stressful and frustrating morning. The funeral cars and our mum arrived at our address an hour after they said we needed to meet and half hour after the church service was due to start.

But the worse thing was no one tried to contact us to say there was a delay. No one had the courtesy to keep us informed. We know 'sh**' happens but pick up your damn phone and tell people. Then come with the hump when people want to ask questions. NOT GOOD!.
