"Parcel delivered to wrong address"

I was expecting a tracked parcel yesterday. I had an email saying it was delivered. I called to tell them it was not delivered to my address. I calked again tge flowing afternoon, They had spoke with the postie who insisted it was delivered he said he remembered the old lady struggling with the door. There are several streets in the area with similar names, I asked could he have delivered it to one of them. There is no old lady here! He said the gps confirmed he was at the right place. This is not possible.I asked about what to do next and was tol d I would get a reply in 72 hours. I asked if a manager could call me back, I was told "the manager won't deal with you". As I continued speaking trying to confirm the process the guy on the phone said thanks for calling and hung up. I am very disappointed and angry with this service..
