"Sent a dress for dress for dry cleaning, still came back dirty!"

Really bad customer service and quality of service. Sent in a dress for dry cleaning, initially was told it would cost £6. Came to collect, they said the price was now £8.50 (which they put down to £7 after I complained). Came home to check the dress, stains were still there and it also still smelled. They didn't do a proper job, and told me (after I paid) that they couldn't risk doing more than a delicate wash which doesn't guarantee a proper clean. Why wasn't I told this information in the first place before I put it in for service. Asked for refund. They refused. I told the manager it was bad business to which he replied he doesn't need customers like me. Charming!.
