I would just like to inform you of the wonderful staff at The Trafford Centre shop in Manchester.

Your assistant went out of her way to help my daughter choose bridesmaid dresses for her special day, the young ladys name is Wonita Esdaille, she was courteous, helpful & professional. In today's workplace so many people are quick to grumble about bad service, I would just like her to get some sort of credit as she made our shopping trip so much of a pleasure.
