We have lived in our home for 32 years now helix are trying to move is for subsidence ? .we have met many people in the last two years who have been told the same thing. They tell you 1 to 2 years and you can move back it takes either 3 to 4 they have at least 8 properties at the moment with this going on and many old tenants think they are trying to get rid of them for more private tenants and more rent. All the staff at the only office (3) Are retiring in December?..
