"No service"

It took me all weekend to find out where your office is . but still had no reply . booked 3 tickets on line processed payment 3 times nothing happened . thought a visit is essential to check what happened to the booking .but office inf is incorrect .finally found but no reply to confirm .now going to term 3 at the airport .what gov is doing ?beyond imagination ..
