"Damp problems"

Yes, lovely flats but because they are old buildings there can be an issue with damp problems.

Our neighbours had to be moved after a number of years because the cause of the damp could not be identified or remedied.

The flat has been redecorated after a few months, so they will probably just move someone else in, but has the damp problem been fixed?

Also, there is no sound proofing, so everything can be heard. Not a good way to live!.
