"Bad Balance!!"

I have visited cuisine & dreams on several occasions and although it looks good i found alot had changed since my last visit. The prices are way too high, in a way they charge restaurant prices for cafe food... The staff there are ok, though there seems to be some weak elements. Only yesterday(24/04/07)i went in and had to wait about 5mins to be served, when eventually i heard the words "alwight, wat can i get ya"(spelt as said) i was'nt even offered a menu until i asked! The waitress can only be described as trash! with no elegance or grace what so ever. This however is a far cry from my last visit when i was greeted and served instrantly by a waitress who though her english was broken it was more understandable, and she showed far more grace and professionalism than yesterdays waitress. As for the atmosphere, the best you will get is a man i can only describe as head chef!! shouting and and moaning every 5 seconds which i found very un-professional and quite frankly dis-respectful to not only the other staff but customers trying to enjoy there overpriced meal. As for the food, although nice it was nothing special and does'nt warrant the prices asked, though the pasta dishes are pretty fair. as a whole its ok if theres no other option, but i have had better food at far lower cost in the local area, and some staff as mentioned completly comprimise a place that has/had alot of potential..
