"KICK BOXING 1 ON 1 TRAINING WAS GREAT!!"

I went to the mission because it was recomended to me by a friend and had a kick boxing session with one of the instructors called Andy and it was the best workout I ever had.They train in such a way that you do not realise that you are working so hard but boy did I feel it the next day.I loved it!! .
