" Its surprising"
A review of Qatar Airways by D S Maharage - Wednesday 23rd of August 2006
Eight of my family members came from Colombo to London via Doha for a holiday by Qatar Air ways for the 1st time, six of on the 23rd of July 2006. And the other two on the 15th August 2006, and was told how disappointing the service they were offered but was tolerable for some extended as they did not want to think ,complained and spoiled the in coming holiday mood.
But four of them which included two adults and two children (who are six and two years), left to Colombo via Doha on the 13th August 2006, they called and stated how they were shocked disopointed and was surprised by the very poor service they been offered specially in the flight No 302H and was polled.
And they were adamant that my parents who will be travelling back to Colombo On the 23rd august 2006 (10.30pm flight) to cancelled the flying by Qatar Air ways and to switch to another air line to avoid disappointment.
Unfortunately we did not have the time to do the necessary changers as we were away from London,and thought to give it a second chance and will be travelling with you on the 23.08.2006 at10.30pm.
On behalf of all the passengers who trusted flying with you, anticipates a fair and a comfortable journey. And I believe that you will extend your fullest attention and provide a better service to all the passangers in the future,which will be marked in their hearts to continue or not to continue travelling with Qatar air ways again.
