I am an Italian chef with more than 16 years of experience in the Ospitality sector . I have start my career in Italy during the Institute ALBERGHIERO in the 1991 then with few seasonal job in hotels during the summer . I come in london in the 1994 and I start to work at the Basilico in Notting hill then in the 1996 I have decided to go back in Italy and I have done some good exerience even in Michelin stars . Now is from the 2001 that I live in London where I am resident and I have a good knowledge about all the aspect of my job . I love the mediterranean cusine and I have also worked in modern european restaurant just recently in a 2AArosette in kensington. Hope you have some good position in Italian restaurant .
