"The staff are very hard-working"

I am a regular customer in James Selby and i find the staff very helpful, I'm always on the housewares department and on one occasion i asked a sales advisor named Thara for some assistance, although she was preoccupied at that particular moment she still approached me in a friendly manner and asked if i required any assistance, I wanted a hoover that i saw in the front window but there was none on the shop floor this young lady went down and got the one from the window and even offered me a reduction. After i had paid for it she even offered to carry it to the car for me. .
