"Unfair!"

In reply to last criticism,I would suggest that you may have visited the Pizzeria as the Coffee Deli is not licensed to serve alcohol. Working in the area, I have been to both the Pizzeria and the Cafe/Deli and have experienced good service and good food on each occasion. The Pizzeria has a good selection of reasonably and more expensively priced wine to suit all budgets and tastes. The gratuity added to the bill is optional and as customers we can choose to pay this or not.
