"Rude and Patronising Receptionist"

Lovely practice and very good dentists but unfortunatley the receptionist spoils the atmosphere and is becoming increasing abrupt and speaks in a rude manner to patients. I am now getting to the stage that I would rather not make an appointment at the Heronsgate Medical Centre. A less patronising receptionist would make you a 5 star rating but the receptionist brings it down to 3 stars unfortunately.
