"Homely and welcoming"

Victorian style that offers large rooms for a reasonable price. Ensuites good size, self catering. Easy walking distance from lots of well prices cafes and a lovely walk to the park. Handy to transport options, buses and trains.

I have stayed several times and all had a lovely kiwi welcome. .
