"Compensation claim from Air India ? Forget it"

I have been writing to various Air India officers for compensation claim for approximatly for seven months. I even wrote to the CEO of Air India, he has not bothered to reply. I have written to Southall travel, from whom I purchased the tickets. Once again no reply. Finally I have written to Indian news paper published in UK (Gujarat Samachar)see if they can help. Also I have contacted BBC consumer program Watchdog, I am waiting for their researcher to contact me. If any one out there have any other suggestion please contact me on my email address..
